I am currently a research fellow at the Central Bank for West African States, as well as a Senior consultant at the African Futures Institute. Prior to that I served as Consultant and Project Manager in a consulting firm, where I was in charge of conducting research projects in long term development and strategic planning.
I am both statistician and economist by training. This dual combination which I’ve been determined to enhance through my working experience has imparted me with important skills. Those span quantitative and qualitative research methods, strategic planning, regional integration, development economics, international development, public administration and monetary policy. I have the ability to work in both English and french environments.
Throughout my career, I have been involved in projects related to macro-econometric modeling, country strategic planning, and sectors’ competitiveness-plans. I also contributed to the implementation of “delivery units” for the coordination of countries’ strategic plans, the design of monitoring & evaluation systems, operational and budgetary planning, public policies impact evaluation, financial planning for development programs and projects. A part from that I have been active in enhancing statistical literacy in Côte d’Ivoire as the country coordinator of the International Statistical Literacy Program for Côte d’Ivoire.
